📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blissful Bohemia. Every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Package weight and size

  • Carrier rates

I do not mark up shipping costs.

📬 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

📦 Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit times are outside of my control.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

📮 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as Delivered but not received

    • Delayed by the carrier

    • Lost in transit

    If your package is lost or delayed, I will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

    📦 Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Photos of the item

    • Photos of the packaging

    I will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability. (See Return & Refund Policy for full details.)
